❓ What makes your backpacks special?

Each backpack is personally customised with your child’s name and favourite colour combo with our beautiful embroidery. They’re bold, bright, and one-of-a-kind. Designed to stand out and survive the school year. Our corduroy bags are currently manufactured in China, and are embroidered by us here in Queenstown, meaning each bag is handled with care and lovingly personalised by us, before it reaches you.

❓ Can I return or exchange a personalised backpack?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on personalised items. Every bag is made to order just for you, so please make sure all spelling and details are correct before purchasing.

❓ How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 5–7 working days, and then shipped via tracked courier:

  • NZ orders: 5-7 working days after dispatch

  • AU orders: 7-10 working days after dispatch

❓ Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

If you made a mistake (like a typo in the name), email us ASAP at bam@peanutbutterandjelly.co.nz. If we haven’t started making it, we’ll try our best, but once production begins, changes might not be possible.

❓ What size are the backpacks?

Our bags are designed for kids aged 3-8, perfect for daycare, kindy, and primary school.
Approx. dimensions:  31cm (width) x 41cm (height)

If you have older kids or want something larger, flick us an email and we’ll let you know what’s coming soon.

❓ What if my bag arrives damaged or there’s a mistake?

No worries. If something’s wrong, we’ll fix it. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out quick-smart.

❓ Do you do gift orders?

Absolutely! Just leave a note at checkout if it’s a gift — and we’ll leave out the invoice and wrap it up nicely if you like.

❓ Do you ship internationally?

Yes! To Australia and Singapore. Just note that shipping times and rates vary depending on where you are — all prices are in NZD.
