Welcome to PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY!

Hi there! I’m Bam. Mum to two gorgeous little humans, Maxwell and Clementine, and the heart behind PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY. I live in beautiful Queenstown, New Zealand with my partner Tim, and when I’m not chasing after toddlers, wiping sticky hands, or packing daycare bags, I’m working on this little side project of mine, a brand that’s all about cute, practical, and personalised kids’ gear.

PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY started because, like so many mums, I fell into a deep obsession with finding personalised clothes and bits and pieces for Maxwell. When he first started daycare, I really wanted him to have a special backpack that was his. Something fun, a bit stylish, and not plastered in Spider-Man or Batman (no offence, boys). I ended up sewing and ironing on patches from Spotlight just to make his bag feel more like him – and the whole time I was thinking… why can’t I just buy something like this?

And that’s when the idea stuck. The name PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY was the first thing I thought of. It felt fun, kid-friendly, and just a little bit nostalgic. The kind of name that would make both mums and little ones smile.

Now, we’ve just launched our first product: a super cute corduroy backpack in a soft cream tone, fully lined with waterproof fabric, with handy pockets (including two for drink bottles!), and best of all – you can personalise it with your child’s name in your favourite thread colour. It’s perfect for daycare, kindy, or just out and about.
